Memory Palace support
Email d60liu@gmail.com and a human (the person who wrote the app) replies, usually within a day or two, Fiji time. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
- Will this improve my memory?
- We can’t promise that. The study reports the average of a small group. The app tests you before and after with the same kind of test, so you can see your own result.
- Do I have to pay to finish the 40 days?
- No. The whole program is free. The 72-word test needs 72 places, so you will want more than one route; you can build your own palaces from any walk you know well, or unlock the other 7 3D palaces.
- Is the guide’s voice a real person?
- No. The narration was generated with Microsoft Azure neural voices and ships inside the app; nothing is sent over the network when it plays.
- I paid but the unlock did not appear.
- Open the app’s settings or paywall and tap “Restore purchases”. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore on any of your devices. If it still fails, email us the date of purchase; never send your receipt number or card details.
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete the app. Everything it stored is on your device, so that removes it.

Memory Palace
- 退款由 Apple 处理，不经过我们：到 reportaproblem.apple.com 登录后选择那笔购买即可。
